Your Key to Certain Success (1)
One of the most important attributes an individual can have is confidence. Confidence is invaluable in every area of life, but in business or in achieving any degree of greatness, it is absolutely essential. Unfortunately, there are few places we can go to learn this essential skill. Yet, it is a skill and, as such, can be developed with the right tools.
The first tool for gaining confidence is knowledge. Knowledge of your own strengths and limitations, and knowledge of the arena in which you wish to excel. But knowledge alone isn't enough. Knowledge leads to confidence only when it is validated by experience. We test the validity of what we think or believe by putting the theory into actual practice and gathering data or feedback from the experience. If the feedback is positive, we assume our theories are correct and act accordingly. If the feedback is negative, the bold among us will adjust our course, while the more timid often allow the negative feedback to stop them cold.
Confidence can be gained by knowing, understanding and correctly applying the following formulas and factors :
(1) Knowledge + Experience + Positive Feedback = Confidence.
(2) Positive feedback comes from successful outcomes.
(3) Successful outcomes are the result of consistent practice and repeated attempts.
(4) Repeated attempts are possible only when we believe we will eventually succeed.
The formula seems to say that we must believe in our ability to succeed before we have experienced any semblance of success, and that is true. That's where the knowledge part of the confidence formula comes in, and why it is the first equation in the formula. Before we can believe we will succeed without ever having made an attempt, we must have some knowledge as to what success entails and what strengths and abilities we bring to the mix. We must also know the truth about "failure".

Your Key to Certain Success(2)
Failure is not the result of attempting to achieve a goal and falling short of the mark. Failure occurs when we allow falling short of the mark to cause us to quit trying. Actually, there are only two ways to fail. (1) Give up before you reach a goal you really want or (2) continue on a path that is wrong for you because you made a wrong choice initially and believe the erroneous choice is the one you must stay with.
Suppose, for example, you got into your car intending to meet a friend at an unfamiliar location. You get turned around on the way there and get lost.
In failure formula number one you discover you are lost and attempt to correct your course. However, you are too far off course for just one correction to get you back on track, so you make another correction and another one. After three or four corrections you decide you will never be able to find your way, so you give up, park your car, and never reach your destination.
In failure formula number two you decide that even though you made a wrong turn, you must stick with it because to make a new choice would mean you failed when you made the original decision that got you lost. So you continue down the wrong road, knowing it's wrong, but refusing to make an alteration because you've already made a choice, however wrong it may be.
Both scenarios sound pretty absurd in that context, but the world is full of people who people give up and quit before reaching their goal, and who stay with bad choices long after they have discovered they are bad.
To ensure success you must be willing to alter your course and keep altering it, and to try again and again, as many times as it takes, to reach your destination. Whether you reach it or not will depend on your belief in your ability to eventually arrive, and that brings us back to the confidence formula.
The faith to keep trying ultimately comes from knowing yourself and your abilities, and knowing how to use them most effectively. In the hustle-bustle of today's world, we sometimes forget to take a thorough look at our most valuable asset . . . ourselves. Only with self-awareness and understanding can we come to believe in our ability to find the right solution and to arrive at our goals.
People who don't know themselves are easily side-tracked. They have no well-defined personal boundaries and no center of power. A thorough and accurate self-assessment can provide the compass we need to get and stay on track. Without a center of power and personal boundaries to guide us, there is no way we can achieve our goals because there is no way to know for sure what our goals are, or should be.
Happy, centered, well-directed people are people who know their own core being and honor it. These are the people who have the basic tools to attempt new things, to set new goals, to persist in pursuing them. These are the people who succeed. They succeed because every achieved goal increases their faith in their ability to succeed and enables them to try greater and greater things. The happy result is a high degree of self-confidence and, with sufficient self-confidence, success is certain.

Histury to the Mother's Day
Mother's Day is a time of comme-
moration and celebration for Mom. It is a t
ime of breakfast in bed, family gatherings,
and crayon scribbled " I Love You "s.
The earliest Mother's Day celebratio-
ns can be traced back to the spring celebra-
tions of ancient Greece in honor of Rhea,
the Mother of the Gods . During the 1600's,
England celebrated a day called " Motheri-
ng Sunday ". Celebrated on the 4th Sunday
of Lent ( the 40 day period leading up to
Easter ), " Mothering Sunday " honored the
mothers of England.
During this time many of the England's
poor worked as servants for the wealthy .
As most jobs were l ocated far from their
homes , the servants would live at the
houses of their employers . On Mothering
Sunday the servants would have the day
off and were encouraged to return home
and spend the day with their mothers. A sp-
ecial cake, called the mothering cake , was
often brought along to provide a festive
touch.
As Christianity spread throughout
Europe the celebration changed to honor
the " Mother Church " - the spiritual power
that gave them life and protected them fro-
m harm. Over time the church festival blen-
ded with the Mothering Sunday celebration.
People began honoring their mothers as
well as the c hurch.
In the United States Mother's Day w-
as first suggested in 1872 by Julia Ward
Howe ( who wrote the words to the Battle
hymn of the Republic ) as a day dedicated
to peace. Ms . Howe would hold organized
Mother's Day meetings in Boston , Mass
ever year.
In 1907 Ana Jarvis , from Philadelphia ,
began a campaign to establish a national
Mother's Day . Ms. Jarvis persuaded her
mother's church in Grafton ,West Virginia
to celebrate Mother's Day on the second
anniversary of her mother's death , the 2nd
Sunday of May . By the next year Mothe-
r's Day was also celebrated in Philad-
elphia.
Ms . Jarvis and her supporters began
to write to ministers , businessman , and
politicians in their quest to establish a nati-
onal Mother's Day . It was successful as by
1911 Mother's Day was celebrated in
almost every state . President Woodrow W-
ilson , in 1914 , made the official announce-
ment proclaiming Mother's Day as a natio-
nal holiday that was to be held each year
on the 2nd Sunday of May.
While many countries of the world cel-
ebrate their own Mother's Day at differe-
nt times throughout the year , there are
some countries such as Denmark , Finl-
and , Italy , Turkey , Australia , and Belg-
ium which also celebrate Mother's Day
on the second Sunday of May.

Widsom from Experience of Life
1. 有些事，我们明知道是错的，也要去坚持，因为不甘心......
有些人，我们明知道是爱的，也要去放弃，因为没结局......
有时候，我们明知道没路了，却还在前行，因为习惯了......
2. 以为蒙上了眼睛，就可以看不见这个世界；
以为捂住了耳朵，就可以听不到所有的烦恼；
以为脚步停了下来，心就可以不再远行；
以为我需要的爱情，只是一个拥抱......
3. 那些已经犯过的错误，有一些是因为来不及，
有一些是因为刻意躲避，更多的时候是茫然地站到了一边......
我们就这样错了一次又一次，
却从不晓得从中汲取教训，做一些反省。

Greetings for the Women's Day
Today is Women's Day . I send my best wishes to every
lady. Happy Women'sDay! Though I'm not a female, it doesn't
matter for sending wishes and sharing the happiness. In the
moderm times,women are taking more and more important part in
many realms.
It's wrong to look down upon women,I think. The peaceful
socity requires so.Every one was given life by his ( or her ) mother,
your mother is female too. Why you may have different criterion
at women? Some even don't agree with the idea that women
doing their housework at home should be called working. What a
strange idea!
Surely, they make a warm and comfortable home for every
husband ! How could some say that ! Don't you feel the comfort
when you arriving home ? When the soft kiss on your cheek what
are you feeling that moment? When your wife or mother calling
you to the prepared lunch or supper ? So , needn't to say more,
you've got my view .

RURUTIA Ⅰ
ルルティア(Rurutia)，源于塔希提语，意为"甘露"，"恩惠之雨"。
出身、经历、个人资料一切未被公表的谜一般的女性歌手。爱好者
只能从她的音乐和片语中得到关于她的信息。即使如此，被她在虚
幻的旋律中坚定自我的歌声所吸引，很多人听过一次就此迷失在了
ルルティア所创造的 世界里。 到现在为止，ルルティア的所有歌
曲均由本人作词，作曲，演唱。并同音乐导演及参与部分演奏的佐
藤鹰一起编曲，构筑着音。弥漫着近乎残酷的欲望色彩的『愛し子
よ』沙漠异域中急速行进的『月千一夜』森林深处湖畔如精灵吟唱

Self - Introduction
Though I've got this space for nearly about one year , I
never take it care . In actual fact , I just treat it as a
tool to collect pictures which I like . You may say it was
a waste . Of course you're right . I agree with what you
may say . So from now on , I shall change my view . I should
really take it care .
I've visited many other persons' MSN Spaces as a reference.
and I realize that space is not a tool for storing pictures .
You can do many things with it . Such as writing a diary ,
just such as collecting wabs , such as commiunicate with
others . Should make good use of it . I think what I should
do first is writing a diary . Cause persons who visit your
space always with the purpose of reading your mind . And
the best way to know a person is from what he or she says
and writes. Doesn't it ? Every one who comes here , I shall
say thank you for your visiting my space . Though we don't
know each others , even haven' t got each's name . I think we
may be friends from now on .
Your idea? Don't you quite think so? Since that , would
you mind that do me a favor ? just leave a message for your
new friends to show what you think of me or my space .I do
need others' advise , if I want to make my space more bea-
utiful . However, I dare say that I may not have more spare
time in future . And that may cause delaying answering. But
as soon as I read your message. I'll pay a visit back to your
space and write something as a return. So much to say.
